Village Green understands the challenges families face when a loved one is diagnosed with Alzheimer's or Dementia. It is our mission to provide specialized care and security for those living with Alzheimer's and Dementia, giving their family peace of mind knowing that their loved one is being well taken care of. We understand that not all individuals are the same, so we have developed The Plaza and The Courtyard to cater to the different levels of needs.

The Plaza is customized for seniors that are in their early stages of Dementia or Alzheimer’s. The Plaza features 25-units, providing common areas such as a restaurant-style dining room, activity area, café, hair salon and public restrooms.  Choose from a selection of private studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments, all with private baths and closet space.

The Courtyard is a secured community featuring 35-units for those that may have memory challenges or need full personal assistance.  The Courtyard has its own common area such as restaurant-style dining room, activity room, patio, whirlpool room and public restrooms.  Select from private studios to a Jack & Jill-style, semi-private studios.

The Plaza & The Courtyard Support Services at Village Green are planned with the understanding that residents' individual needs can change over time. In planning and providing services, we always consider the unique interests, attributes, abilities, and overall health status of each resident.

Resident’s service plan are created and reviewed on a regular basis with the involvement of the residents, family members and key staff members to ensure the appropriateness of the direction, scope, and degree of the services being provided. Residents are always encouraged to perform as many of their activities of daily living as they are able to.

Personal Care services at Village Green are supervised by a licensed nurse, which may include medication monitoring, grooming, bathing assistance, ‘round-the-clock’ well- being monitoring, personal laundry, and stand-by or hands-on assistance with one or more of the activities of daily living.

All services are provided in an environment that respects individuality, privacy and choice. Activities involve education, entertainment, and opportunities to meet new friends by encouraging social interaction. Residents are routinely informed of dates, times, topics and locations of all activities and are encouraged to participate in activities of interest to them.

Your basic monthly charge includes:

• Availability of 24-hour Personal Care

• Weekly Housekeeping & Laundry Services (daily in The Courtyard)

Charges for individual personal care service plans are determined through an assessment process using a point bases scoring method. Points are determined by the frequency and duration of your individual service needs, as well as direct and indirect cost of the personnel performing the service.
The assessment will reflect a point total and a total charge for the services provided.

You may add, cancel or modify services as your needs change. And the best of all, you pay for only the service you need. This method most accurately ensures that the charge for care services fee directly reflects your personal and individual service needs.
