Q: Where is Village Green located?
A: Directions: From North Bay Area take 101 south and exit west at Masten Fitgerald. Make a left on Santa Teresa Blvd and travel approximately 3.5 miles south. Turn right on Third Street. See map.
The two and three story buildings feature architecture that represents the best of California living, and offer several rental apartment floor plans. The community features beautiful landscape amenities and territorial views.

Q: Where is Gilroy, California located?
A: Gilroy is centrally located within a short driving distance of Monterey Bay, Santa Cruz, the San Joaquin Valley, and the San Francisco Bay Area. Gilroy is located in Santa Clara County just south on San Jose and Morgan Hill on Highway 101.
Gilroy is best known as the "Garlic Capital of the World," and home of the annual Garlic Festival in July. But the City is also known for its peaceful residential environment, its award-winning parks, golf course and recreation programs, and for its "urban forest," for which the City has won Tree City USA awards annually since 1979.
Q: When will it be open for occupancy?
A: We presently offer active independent apartment and detached Cottages for Sale or Rent, and are currently accepting reservations for occupancy the Plaza in spring of 2006. Contact us today for the best selection.
Q: What sort of apartments and amenities will be available?
A: Town Square at Village Green Apartments will feature one and two bedroom apartments with full kitchens, individually controlled heating and cooling, and generous closet and storage space.
The Plaza at Village Green Assisted Living features studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments each with a kitchenette, private bath, individually controlled heating and cooling, 24 hour emergency call system.
All residents will have access to the community center as well as planned activities, transportation and amenities such as dining, beauty and barber salon, library, computer center, activity and recreation rooms, fitness center, theater, cable TV, and all other common spaces and amenities throughout the campus.
Q: What if my health changes and I need personal assistance?
A: Village Green Assisted Living can accommodate residents requiring personal care assistance which may include medication monitoring, grooming and bathing assistance, 'round-the-clock well-being monitoring, personal laundry, and stand-by or hands-on assistance with one or more of the activities of daily living. Basic services in assisted living include a 24-hour staffing and emergency response system, three meals per day, weekly housekeeping and linen service, planned activities and scheduled transportation. Q: Who manages Village Green?
A: Village Green is Managed by Paradigm Senior Living, who has been managing senior living communities for more than 20 years. Visit their website at www.psliving.com .
Q: What are Village Green rates, lease terms and financial arrangements?
A: Other than the Cottages, which may be purchased fee simple (or rented), Village Green is rental retirement community. All apartments are rented under a one year rental agreement, but you have the right to cancel at anytime with a 30 day notice.

Q: Sounds Great! How do I sign up?
A: Simply stop by our information office at 7855 Isabella Way in Gilroy for a presentation of the community and available units, select your apartment and make a fully refundable reservation deposit of $1,500. If for any reason you do not move in to Village Green, your deposit will be promptly refunded.
